About Screen

  • To Report a Bug - button is used for reporting any bugs that haven't been squashed during development. Pressing this button will take you to email creation screen on which you'll be able to describe the bug that had been encountered. Information, such as iOS version and app version should remain unchanged, as it will help resolve the issue.
  • To Request New Feature - button is used to request a feature that you'd like to see in the app. Pressing this button will take you to email creation screen on which you'll be able to describe, in detail, the new feature you would like to see implemented.
  • - tapping the Back button in the upper left corner will take you back to the Settings screen.
  • Developed by - button will open up developer website.

Settings Screen

  • - tapping the info button in the upper right corner will take you to the About screen.
  • - tapping the Back button in the upper left corner will take you back to the Company List screen.
  • Reset Demo - toggle will recreate demo Company, Project and Report.

Company List Screen

  • Add New Company - button will take you to the Company Add/Edit screen, where you'll be able to enter information about the company.
  • - tapping the menu button in the upper left corner will take you to the About screen.
  • - tapping the info button on the company row will take you to the Company Add/Edit screen, where you'll be able to edit the information about that company.
  • Tapping on the Company Row will take you to the Project List Screen which will contain the projects for that company. Number of projects for a particular company is conveniently displayed on the right side of the row.
  • By swiping the Company Row Left you'll be presented with an option to delete the company.

Company Add/Edit Screen

  • Cancel - button will discard any information entered and will take you back to the Company List screen.
  • Add/Save - if Add New Company button was pressed on Company List screen, this button will display Add, and after required information was entered, tapping this button will add the company to your list. If was pressed on any row on Company List screen this button will display Save. Once changes are done and this button is tapped all changes will be updated and saved.
  • Company Name - enter company name in this field. It is a required field to Add/Save the company.
  • Company Address - enter company address in this field. It is an optional filed.
  • Company Phone Number - enter general phone number for the company, typically office number. It will be automatically formatted to US phone number format. It is an optional field.
  • Company Email - enter company email here. This field is used as CC field when creating an email. It is an optional field.

Project List Screen

  • Add New Project - button will take you to the Project Add/Edit screen, where you'll be able to enter information about the project.
  • - tapping the Back button in the upper left corner will take you back to the Company List screen.
  • - tapping the info button on the project row will take you to the Project Add/Edit screen, where you'll be able to edit the information about that project.
  • Tapping on the Project Row will take you to the Report List Screen which will contain the reports for that project. Number of reports for a particular project is conveniently displayed on the right side of the row.
  • By swiping the Project Row Left you'll be presented with an option to delete the project.

Project Add/Edit Screen

  • Cancel - button will discard any information entered and will take you back to the Project List screen.
  • Add/Save - if Add New Project button was pressed on Project List screen, this button will display Add, and after required information was entered, tapping this button will add the project to your list. If was pressed on any row on Project List screen this button will display Save. Once changes are done and this button is tapped all changes will be updated and saved.
  • Project Name - enter project name in this field. It is a required field to Add/Save the project.
  • Project Number - enter project number in this field. It can be same as project name. It is a required field to Add/Save the project.
  • Project Address - enter project/site address in this field. It is an optional filed.
  • Project Manager's Name - enter your project manager's name in this field. It is an optional field.
  • Project Manager's Phone Number - enter project manager's phone number in this field. It will be automatically formatted to US phone number format. It is an optional field.
  • Project Manager's Email - enter project manager's email here. This field is used as To: field when creating an email. It is an optional field, but it's recommended to provide a valid email to speed up report entry.

Report List Screen

  • Add New Report - button will take you to the Report Add screen, where you'll be able to enter information for the report.
  • - tapping the Back button in the upper left corner will take you back to the Project List screen.
  • - tapping the info button on the report row will take you to the Report Edit screen, where you'll be able to edit the information for that report.
  • Tapping on any row in the list will display the pdf version of the report.
  • By swiping the Report Row Left you'll be presented with an option to delete the report.

Report Add/Edit Screen

  • Cancel - bbutton will discard any information entered and will take you back to the Report List screen.
  • Add/Save - if Add New Report button was pressed on Report List screen, this button will display Add, and after required information was entered, tapping this button will add the report to your list. If was pressed on any row on Report List screen this button will display Save. Once changes are done and this button is tapped all changes will be updated and saved.
  • Report Date - select the date for the report here.
  • Employee Hours - enter the employee(s) name and hours. Pressing the will add additional employee row, up to 10 employees can be added.
  • Work Completed - enter any information about what you've done today.
  • Work to Complete - enter any information on what's left to do, or what you'd like to accomplish on the next day.
  • Issues or Delays - enter any issues you've encountered, missing parts, incorrect parts, waiting on other trades to finish their work etc.
  • Notes - enter any notes about your day, if applicable.

Report View Screen

  • Done - button will take you back to the Report List screen.
  • - tapping the Action button in the upper right corner will allow you to quickly resend the pdf report.
